You’ll find that you may have characteristics from each category. I’ll share below some key points and benefits that apply to each type of mindset.
Firstly, why is mindset so important to us?
It plays a significant role in our life.
By understanding and adapting our mindset we can overcome any challenges we may face in life and build resiliency over time.
As we begin to understand this better, the easier it becomes for us to adapt to any situation we are in, building resiliency enables to us feeling less stressed and more at ease.
People exercise daily to keep fit, but they forget about looking after their mind.
Without a strong mind you can’t have a healthy body.

Understand skills improve with effort and practice.

Threatened by others success.
Believe intelligence talent are static.
