Making exercise a lifestyle choice

In this weeks Donnelly Mindset we’re going to be talking about making exercise a lifestyle choice. Most entrepreneurs who succeed have a solid exercise routine as there are many benefits which we will go through.
How do I incorporate exercise into my daily schedule?
Right I understand that most of you reading this all lead busy lives but is it really an excuse to not fit exercise into our daily routine?
We all need to ensure we are getting a minimum of at least 30 minutes exercise per day. This can be in the form of taking the dogs for a walk, opting to cycle to work, walking for the bus, yoga, going to the gym, taking up a sport or simply a body weight circuit at home.
As you can see there are many ways to achieve our daily exercise goals, you don’t need a fancy gym memberships or the best gym equipment. You just need to set a goal and work towards it.
Remember 30 MINUTES MINIMUM PER DAY.
The benefits of daily exercise
Better focus
Maintain body weight
Increased energy levels
Improve your quality of sleep
Reduce feelings of anxiety and depression
Lower blood pressure and improve heart health
Stronger body which will lead to a stronger mind
Increased blood flow and oxygen around the body
Committing to daily exercise has many benefits, we should all make it a priority so were able to live a long happy and fulfilled life.
Here are some exercises you can do to get started
Yoga
Walking
Running
Dog walking
Weight training
Attend a class at the gym
In fact by the time you read this I woukd’ve just completed a 45 minute swim and 15 minutes in the sauna, what a way to start my Tuesday morning!
